Black Anker PowerCore 20,000mAh with blue sleeve

Yesterday around 3pm I realized my black Anker PowerCore 20,000mAh portable charger is missing. It’s in a blue silicone sleeve and has a small dent on the top edge, plus a white sticker on the back with my sister's initials 'EM'. I last had it near the Safeway on 7th Street in downtown Klamath Falls when I popped in for coffee and a quick call. It’s more than just a charger—it was a gift from my sister and I rely on it daily, so I’m really hoping to get it back.
