Gold-tone bracelet with anchor charm, found near Walmart

Found a gold-tone bracelet this morning around 8:15am in the Walmart parking lot on North Baltimore Ave in Kirksville. It's about 7 inches long, with a small enamel blue anchor charm and a tiny initial 'A' engraved on the clasp. The bracelet shows light wear but is otherwise in good condition.
