Navy duvet cover set with initials found

I found a navy blue duvet cover set this afternoon around 4:15pm near Canterbury West train station on St. Peter's Street, Kent. It's a queen-size microfiber set with a crisp white zipper and navy piping along the edges. There are embroidered initials 'A.S.' on the inside hem of the duvet cover and a small coffee stain near the corner of one pillowcase.
