Navy blue crossbody bag with red heart charm

I lost my navy blue leather crossbody bag yesterday around 3pm near the Bluewater Shopping Centre entrance in Greenhithe, Kent. It’s a compact bag, about the size of a small tablet, with a long adjustable strap and gold hardware. The interior lining has a pale pink pattern, and there’s a small red heart-shaped charm hanging from the zipper pull. There are a few scuffs on the bottom from wear, and I keep my old ID badge and a spare house key inside. It was a gift from my grandmother, so it has sentimental value and I really need it back.
