Gold-tone bracelet with heart charm

I lost my gold-tone bracelet yesterday around 3pm outside Maidstone East Station on Week Street in Kent. It's a slim, 6.5-inch bracelet with a tiny pink enamel heart charm and the back engraved with the initials EM. The clasp is a bit worn and there’s a small dent near it, but the bracelet is otherwise in good condition. It was a gift from my grandmother and means a lot to me, so I’m really hoping to get it back.
