Seiko stainless steel watch with blue dial

I’m hoping someone found my Seiko stainless steel watch with a blue sunburst dial. I last saw it yesterday around 3pm near the Walmart on 27th Ave in Kennewick after grabbing coffee. The watch is in good condition overall, but there’s a small scratch on the bezel at 3 o'clock and an engraving on the back reading 'YF' that should help identify it. It was a gift from my dad and it means a lot to me; I really need it back.
