Gray tabby cat with blue collar missing

I lost my gray tabby cat yesterday around 6pm near the Safeway on West 4th Ave in Kennewick. He's about 10 pounds, with white paws and a small notch in his right ear, and he wears a blue collar with a tiny bell. He's shy and tends to hide, but he'll come out if he hears my daughter's call; we've had him since he was a kitten, and he has sentimental value.
