I found an ID badge this afternoon around 2:15pm in the parking lot behind the Columbia Center Mall in Kennewick, near the Starbucks entrance. It's a white plastic card about the size of a credit card, with a blue gradient stripe at the top and a small photo on the left. The name on the card reads 'Liam Carter' and the title 'Staff' sits underneath; there's a tiny barcode on the back and a faint coffee stain in the lower-right corner.
