Keys on blue lanyard with panda charm

Found a set of keys this afternoon around 3:15pm in the parking lot behind Union Station, near the 18th Street entrance and bike racks. They’re on a bright blue nylon lanyard with a small white panda keychain and a red enamel tag that reads KC. There are two house keys, a car key fob with a black plastic head, and a small brass bottle opener attached. The lanyard shows a little wear near the clasp, but everything else looks intact.
