Blue US passport, lost near Union Station

I lost my blue US passport yesterday around 3pm outside Union Station's main entrance on Pershing Road in Kansas City. It's a standard navy-blue cover with a slightly worn bottom-right corner and a small coffee stain on the back. Inside, the data page bears my name and there’s a tiny green travel sticker on the back that reads 'Explore More'—my sister stuck it there as a joke years ago.
