Found a black leather briefcase containing important papers near the library in downtown Joplin.

I found a nice black leather briefcase on the sidewalk near the library in downtown Joplin. It looks pretty new and contains some important-looking papers inside. I believe it belongs to someone who works nearby. If you're missing a briefcase, please describe it to me so I can return it to you.
