Blue reflective dog harness with paw-tag

I lost my blue reflective dog harness yesterday around 3pm in the parking lot behind the Joplin Public Library on Main Street. It’s a medium-sized nylon harness, bright royal blue with a black quick-release buckle, and a small orange ID tag with my dog Milo’s name and my number on it. One strap has a tiny fray near the clasp, and the metal D-ring shows a little wear. Milo gets anxious without his harness, so this one has sentimental value and I really need to find it.
