Black velvet evening gown with silver zipper pull

I lost my black velvet evening gown yesterday around 6pm after the charity gala at the Landers Theatre, near 407 S Main St in Joplin. It's a floor-length size 6 gown with a sweetheart neckline, a detachable satin belt, and a silver heart-shaped zipper pull. There’s a small wine stain on the hem and a tiny snag on the left sleeve, otherwise it’s in decent shape. It was a gift from my grandmother and holds a lot of sentimental value, especially since she passed away last year.
