Gold ring with small diamond

I found a gold ring this afternoon around 3:15pm on Main Street near the Jonesboro Public Library in downtown Jonesboro. It's a slender 1.8 mm gold band with a small round diamond set in a simple bezel. The inside is engraved with 'A.J. 04/21' and there's a tiny scratch along the outer edge. It looks relatively new but clearly worn, and it feels sentimental, like it might have been a cherished gift.
