Found silver HP laptop with blue dragon sticker

I found a silver HP laptop this afternoon around 4:15 pm, sitting on a bench near the Kroger on Caraway Road in Jonesboro. It's inside a black neoprene sleeve and has a blue dragon sticker on the lid, plus a small dent on the bottom-right corner.
