Gold hoop earrings with starfish charm

I lost my gold hoop earrings yesterday around 3pm on the Asbury Park boardwalk near the Stone Pony. They’re tiny 14k gold hoops, about 1 cm across, and one hoop has a tiny starfish charm that hangs just below the lobe. They’re a bit scratched from wear, and the starfish charm has a faint blue enamel dot that makes them easy to spot.
