I found a bright green and blue windbreaker that seems to have been left behind at the boardwalk near the Jersey Shore last Saturday. It has a small rip on the left sleeve and a handwritten 'Samantha' inside the collar tag. If this belongs to you, please reach out so we can get it back to you!
