I lost my dog's blue collar with a silver ID tag while walking in Riverside Park in Jacksonville last weekend. The collar has a distinctive pattern and my dog's name, 'Max', is engraved on the tag along with my phone number. I've searched the area but haven't been able to find it. It would mean a lot to me if anyone finds it.
