I was walking along Laura Street near the Florida Theatre on Forsyth Street, downtown Jacksonville, when I found a pair of flutes resting on a bench around 3:40 PM on Sunday. They look well-used but playable, with a light scratch on the case and two adjustable pegs that suggest a student owner. I’m posting this here so the rightful owner can claim them through the site, and I’ll hold onto them safely until they do. It would be wonderful to see these instruments back with someone who loves to play.
