Found a friendly orange tabby cat with a blue collar near Riverside Park, Jacksonville, FL.

I found a friendly orange tabby cat that seems to have been lost. He was meowing and looking for food near Riverside Park in Jacksonville. He’s wearing a blue collar but there are no tags. I managed to get him some treats and he seems healthy. I’m hoping to reunite him with his owner, so please get in touch if you’re missing this furry guy.
