Missing person: young man with green backpack

I lost my little brother, Jamal Reed, yesterday around 3pm. He's about 5'11" tall, medium build, dark skin, with short curly black hair, wearing a blue Nike hoodie, a black beanie with a white star, tan cargo pants, and blue Adidas sneakers. He's carrying a green backpack with a red zipper and has a small dolphin tattoo on his left wrist plus a faint scar above his right eyebrow. Last seen near the Ithaca Commons on State Street, heading toward Clinton Street—I'm really worried, please contact me if you spot him.
