Lost paintings near Main Street Market, Houma

near the old Terrebonne Parish Courthouse on Main Street Lost listing Posted 15 days ago

Description

I lost my two paintings last Thursday around 4:30 PM near the Houma Main Street Market, by the old Terrebonne Parish courthouse. We had been cleaning up after a small neighborhood art show when a sudden gust knocked my tote loose and the canvases slid away onto the pavement. One canvas shows a warm sunset over Bayou Terrebonne, the other a swamp scene with Spanish moss and cypress trees; both are dear to me and carry the memory of a quiet moment by the river. I keep replaying that moment and I worry someone picked them up to keep them safe until I can find them.
