Black Samsonite suitcase, 22-inch, found near Houma Civic Center

I found a mid-size black Samsonite suitcase this afternoon around 4:30 pm, just outside the Houma-Terrebonne Civic Center near the Main Street exit. It's in decent shape with a few scuffs on the bottom corner and a red luggage tag stamped with 'J.R.' on the handle. Inside there are a few clothes and a blue packing cube, so it seems like it’s been on a trip. The zipper works, and the trolley handle still extends smoothly.
