Red dog leash with paw-print tag

I found this red dog leash this morning around 9:15am near the Windmill Island Gardens entrance in Holland. It’s a 6-foot nylon leash, bright red with a small white paw-print pattern along the strap. The metal clasp is brushed chrome, and there’s a green plastic ID tag still attached with a name that’s a bit hard to read. The handle grip has a tiny crack, which makes it easy to spot if someone’s looking for it. It seems clearly loved by its owner, and I’d love to help get it back to them—pets gear like this means a lot.
