Found gray and black running shoes near Holland Farmers Market

I found a pair of gray and black running shoes this afternoon around 2:30pm near the Holland Farmers Market on 8th Street. They’re a men's size 9, with a bright orange heel tab and a tiny blue thread stitched on the tongue. The left toe has a small scuff, and the soles show some wear, but they otherwise look decent. I left them by the bike racks near the market entrance with a friendly note in case the owner is nearby.
