Dutch passport with burgundy cover

I lost my Dutch passport yesterday around 3pm near Amsterdam Central Station, outside the main entrance by the tram stops in Holland. It's a standard Dutch e-passport with a burgundy cover, a bit worn along the bottom edge, and there's a small coffee stain on the back cover. The spine has a light crease from travel and the back page has a faint sticker from a travel agency I used last year.
