Black leather Samsonite briefcase with red tag

Found a black leather Samsonite briefcase this afternoon around 3:40pm in front of the Holland Central Library on Kerkstraat. It's sturdy but a bit scuffed, about the size of a large laptop bag, with a brown handle and a brass buckle. Inside, the grey lining looks neat and I spotted a USB drive in a small pocket and a stack of papers. There’s a red zip-tag with the initials 'LS' and a faded sticker on the back with part of an address. It seems clearly cared for, and I’d love to get it back to its owner—if this sounds like yours, please message me.
