Found oak wood dining table near a beach access point in Hilton Head, slightly scratched but in good condition.

I found a beautiful oak wood dining table, slightly scratched but still in great condition, near a beach access point in Hilton Head. It looks like someone may have abandoned it after a family picnic. I’d love to return it to its rightful owner if anyone can identify it!
