Green parakeet with yellow head; blue leg band

I found a bright green parakeet with a yellow head this afternoon around 3:15pm outside the Starbucks on 4th Street NW in Hickory. It flitted along the planter by the door, chirping at every passerby, and seemed unusually calm for a wandering bird. There’s a blue leg band with the inscription 'W-112' and a small white patch on its left wing—definitely a unique marker. It’s healthy, very friendly, and took a seed from my hand before I stepped back to watch it scamper around.
