Blue passport in black sleeve with crest

I lost my blue US passport yesterday around 3pm near the Helena Capitol Building area, specifically around Last Chance Gulch and 6th Avenue. It's tucked in a black passport sleeve with a gold crest on the front; the cover is a bit creased and there's a small coffee stain along the bottom edge. Inside there’s a folded coffee receipt from a café and a slightly bent photo page—easy to spot with that green sticky note I left in the back pocket as a personal tag. This passport is essential for an upcoming trip and it feels weird to be without it; I'd really appreciate getting it back.
