Cream West Elm table lamp with brass stem

I lost my cream West Elm table lamp with a brass stem yesterday around 3pm. It was on the coffee table in my Hartford apartment near the Bushnell Center on Capitol Ave after helping a friend move. The shade is amber-tinted glass with a small chip on the rim, and the plug has a fabric-wrapped black cord. The lamp sits about 14 inches tall, with a black felt bottom. It was a gift from my grandmother and I really need it back.
