Blue plush dinosaur with red scarf

I lost my blue plush dinosaur this afternoon around 3:15pm near the Hartford Public Library on Main Street. It's about 12 inches tall, soft plush, blue body with a lime-green belly and tiny orange horns, and it wears a small red scarf; there's a yellow star patch on its left paw. It's in decent shape, just a bit fuzzy from daily hugs. It was a gift from my grandma and has become my daughter's favorite bedtime buddy, so it means a lot to us to get it back.
