Small black address book with orange elastic

Hey, I lost my small black address book this afternoon around 3:15pm near the Court Square fountain on Main Street in Harrisonburg. It's a pocket Moleskine with a bright orange elastic band and a slightly worn cover. Inside are handwritten contacts and a few sticky notes with emails, plus a tiny bicycle sticker on the back. It has sentimental value—it holds family numbers and a handful of old coworkers' digits I might need tonight. If anyone found it, I’d really appreciate getting it back; there’s a coffee stain on the bottom page to help identify it.
