Lost gold bracelet with unique charms, last seen in Northend while walking a dog.

I lost a gold bracelet that has several unique charms on it. It was a gift from my grandmother, and I last had it while walking my dog in Northend. I think it slipped off my wrist when I was bending down. I've retraced my steps multiple times, but I can't seem to find it. If anyone has found it, I would be so grateful to have it back.
