Green cockatiel with yellow crest

I’m missing my green cockatiel named Pico. It's about 9 inches from beak to tail, mostly green with a bright yellow crest, and a tiny blue ring around his left leg; his tail feathers have a slightly iridescent edge. I last had him yesterday around 3pm near the Harrisonburg Farmers Market on Main Street; he fluttered from my hand and flew toward Court Square, then disappeared behind the red-brick storefronts near Bluestone Coffee. Pico is very vocal and curious, and this bird has sentimental value — he was a gift from my sister and helped me through a rough year. If you’ve seen him, please ping me.
