Orange tabby cat with blue collar near Broad Street Market

I lost my orange tabby cat yesterday around 3pm near the Broad Street Market on Market Street in Harrisburg. He wears a blue collar with a tiny silver bell and has a small white patch on his chest. He’s a bit skittish at first but will come closer if you call him by name—our neighbors know him as Milo. I’m worried he wandered toward Riverfront Park or the parking garage behind the Market, since he tends to chase pigeons and slip into shady gaps. If you spot him, text me on the app—I miss him a lot.
