Nintendo Switch with neon Joy-Cons, found near Broad Street Market

I found a Nintendo Switch with neon red/blue Joy-Cons this morning around 8:30am outside the Broad Street Market on Market Street in Harrisburg. It’s in good working condition with a clean screen, though the back has a Mario sticker and the top edge shows a small scratch. It’s in a blue silicone case, missing the dock and power cable.
