Navy twin-size quilt with white stitching

I lost my navy twin-size quilted comforter this afternoon around 3pm near the Broad Street Market on Market Street in Harrisburg. It's a lightweight but warm quilt with navy fabric and a distinctive white geometric stitch along the panels, and the fabric has a subtle sheen under street lights. The bottom-right corner has a tiny snag, and there's a faint coffee stain along the top edge from last winter. Inside, the label reads 'Home Essentials' and it has sentimental value—it's a gift from my grandmother. I really need to get it back; if anyone finds it, I’d appreciate getting it back.
