Description
Today, around 4:45 PM, I found a pair of dog collars on the sidewalk near City Island in Harrisburg, along the Susquehanna River. One is a red faux-leather collar with a small chip in the buckle, the other a blue nylon collar with a tiny bell that still jingled when I picked them up. They looked recently dropped and there is no tag visible. I kept them on a bench by Riverfront Park while I posted here, hoping the rightful owner would see them. They belong to someone who is missing their dog tonight, and I would hate to see them go unclaimed.
