Found black leather briefcase near Susquehanna River in Harrisburg containing important documents.

I found a black leather briefcase near the Susquehanna River while taking a walk this morning. It looks quite new and seems to have some important documents inside. I didn’t see anyone in the area who might have lost it. I hope to reunite it with its owner as soon as possible.
