Found a men's blue medium-sized winter jacket in excellent condition at a park by the Susquehanna River in Harrisburg.

I found a men's blue winter jacket at the park by the Susquehanna River in Harrisburg yesterday afternoon. It looks like it belonged to someone who was walking their dog because it was just lying on a bench. There's no identification inside, but it seems to be a medium size and is in excellent condition.
