Black leather briefcase with red tag

I lost my black leather Samsonite briefcase yesterday around 3pm outside the Harrisburg Transportation Center on 2nd Street. It's medium size, with a brass clasp that's a bit bent and a torn edge along the bottom where the leather wore thin. The handle has a small scuff, and there’s a red luggage tag with my initials 'K.L.' dangling from it. Inside was my laptop charger, a blue notebook, and a family photo tucked in the pocket, which makes this really personal and hard to replace—I'm hoping someone picked it up and will return it.
