Navy blue North Face parka with fur hood

I lost my navy blue North Face parka yesterday around 5:30pm. It's a mid-length down coat, size M, with a detachable faux-fur hood and a small stain near the right pocket from last winter's mud. The front zipper sticks a bit when it's chilly. I last saw it outside the Market Street Starbucks on the corner near the Hanford-Corcoran Community Center. It has sentimental value—my sister gave it to me last Christmas, and I really need it back before the next snowstorm. One identifying feature is a tiny blue friendship bracelet tucked into the inner pocket and a small snag on the left cuff.
