Gold-tone hoop earrings with pearl charms

I found a pair of earrings this afternoon around 3:15pm. They’re gold-tone hoops about 1 inch in diameter, each with a small white freshwater pearl charm that dangles from the bottom. The backpost on the right earring has a tiny star engraving, which could help verify ownership. I found them in the CVS parking lot on 11th Street in Hanford-Corcoran, near the bus stop by the entrance. They’re clean and lightly worn, with no obvious missing stones, and I figured someone may be looking for them.
