Blue abstract painting with ornate gold frame

I found a blue abstract painting with an ornate gold frame this afternoon around 3:15 pm on the sidewalk outside Marek's Coffee at the corner of 7th Street and Center Avenue in Hanford-Corcoran. It's an 18x24 inch canvas, with cobalt and teal swirls and a few gold highlights that catch the light. The back has a Luna Art Co. label and the year 2018, plus a small coffee ring on the bottom edge and a tiny knock to the frame's top left.
