Found black leather handbag with gold accents near the waterfront in Hampton Roads containing personal items but no ID.

Description

I found a black leather handbag while I was taking a walk by the waterfront in Hampton Roads yesterday. It looks brand new and has gold accents. Inside, there are a few personal items, including a wallet and a small makeup bag, but no identification. I would love to return it to its owner.
