Found a fluffy orange cat wandering in a backyard in Hampton Roads, Virginia.

I found a fluffy orange cat wandering around my backyard in Chesapeake, Hampton Roads. It seems friendly and is well-groomed, but has no collar or tags. I'm concerned it might be lost, so I want to find its owner.
