Description
I was in Winchester town centre by the Guildhall on Saturday around 2:30 p.m., helping set up a small charity stall when I must have left my blue toolbox with power tools in the back of my van. I stopped for a coffee for about fifteen minutes and, on returning, the toolbox had vanished.
