On Tuesday around 7:50 PM, I must have left my handheld gaming console and its charger on a bench outside Portsmouth Guildhall in Hampshire. The device is blue, with a small lighthouse sticker on the back and a protective gray case; the charger sits nearby in a tangled knot.
