Seiko 42mm stainless watch with blue dial

I found a watch this afternoon around 3:15pm outside the Green Bay Public Library on East Walnut Street. It’s a stainless steel Seiko with a 42mm case and a blue dial, metal bracelet, and a small scratch on the bezel. The back is engraved with the initials LT. The watch is in good condition overall and seems well cared for. It obviously belongs to someone who values it, and I’d love to help get it back.
